Palanpur Samaj Kendra Charitable Trust’s Shanti Building Gets a New Look!

A new look for Shanti Building 

 ‘Kumbh Sthapana’ pujan by Dia Vishal Jhaveri

On Wednesday, 29th November 2017, the newly redeveloped Shanti building of the Palanpur Samaj Kendra Charitable Trust, threw its doors open for various community activties.

 
The traditional inauguration was done by performing the ‘Kumbh Sthapana’ ceremony, which was carried out by little Dia Vishal Jhaveri. This was followed by an auspicious Pujan. The highlight of the day was that Param Pujya Gurudev Shri Naypadmasagarji Maharaj Saheb came specially to bless the event. Later in the day Swami Shri Sowmiya Narayanan Jayaraman from the Thirumala Thirupathi Devasthanam visited Shanti and blessed it by chanting the Veda Asheervachanam.
 
The occasion was graced by stalwarts of the community, Palanpur Samaj Kendra committee members and representatives of its various sub-committees like the Women’s Forum, Sports, Cultural & Educational Committees as well as the representatives of Yoga, Music and Accupressure Activities.
 
The three storey modern, airy and work-efficient structure also has a stilt level and basement. The construction was carried out by Kalpataru Properties Pvt.Ltd. and the interiors designed by Rachana Mehta & Associates. The multi-use facility is available for community activities like classes, workshops and meetings. 
 
As we celebrate the opening, we are also looking ahead to making the optimum use of this community centre.
