Palanpur Samaj Kendra Women’s Forum celebrated International Yoga Day for the 8th consecutive year on 21st June 2022 at programme held at the Avsar Hall at Nana Chowk. The Yoga session was coordinated by Mrs Neeta Nimish Mehta, whose love and commitment to Yoga has been tremendous. She has been teaching yoga to community members for the last eighteen years, without any monetary interest. With a deep insight into yoga, she is also always willing and ready to help senior citizens who have health issues.
Sneh Rishabh Parikh, a practicing lawyer and partner in JSA, among the largest and most reputed law firms in India, was recently recognized by Asian Legal Business in its Honour List as an ‘India Rising Star’ 2022. The list highlights Indian lawyers under 40 who have set high standards and made an impact on the country’s legal scene. She has also won recognition as one of the outstanding women lawyers of 2022. Her practice areas lie in all types of civil, corporate, banking and real estate litigations apart from real estate transactions.
Keshar Deval Shah of VMT, with 98.67%, was the state topper in the Gujarat SSC Board exam (Std X) of March 2022. She stood first among the nearly 8 lakh students who appeared in March this year, scoring 592 out of a possible 600, and achieving the maximum 100 marks in Science, Mathematics and Sanskrit.
PSK Women’s Forum kickstarted their new year after a two year hiatus due to the Covid pandemic, with an entertaining social event which included a mix of exciting fun games. The function, ‘Table Top Games’ by the events company ’Get Set Play’ was hosted by Mrs Aruna Karia and her team on April 22, 2022 at the Orient Club.
