Ubuntu Montessori – Meera Kothari, Executive Principal

Ubuntu Montessori a private pre-school following Montessori curriculum for children between the ages of 18 months and 6 years. Montessori is an entirely different approach to early childhood education which helps children become compassionate human beings, respecting all people and viewpoints. We nurture children from 18 months to 6 years to develop their confidence, social skills and enthusiasm.


Ubuntu is an ancient African word meaning ‘humanity to others’. It also means ‘I am what I am because of who we all are’.
 
The pre-school has been set up by Sejal Shah, and Meera Kothari is the Executive Principal.
 
Meera is a trained pre-school teacher having done her certification from Sophia College. She has been a pre-primary teacher for more than 8years at Bombay International School. She works closely with the founder on all the academic and administrative aspects at Ubuntu. She will be responsible for interacting with parents and day-to-day operations of the school.
