Lilavati Trust Extends Health Check up Discount of Upto 50% for PO / PSK Members

The Trustees of the Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust - Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai have extended the 50 per cent discount on Standard Health Check up packages at Lilavati Hospital to all members of Palanpur Online (PO) / Palanpur Samaj Kendra (PSK) with effect from November 15, 2016 till March 31, 2018.

The offer, which was launched in 2012, was made by the trustees as their way of commemorating the Diamond Jubilee of the Vidyamandir Trust, Palanpur.

The discount of 50% will be available till March 31, 2018 for those members who have completed 50 years of age. Additionally, this time, the Lilavati Hospital has extended the scheme and will offer a 10% discount to members who are under 50.

The details of the scheme are the same as communicated to the members of PO / PSK in previous years. Appointments need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance and will be subject to availability. For verification, members will have to provide details of their Family Number of Palanpur Online or Membership Number of Palanpur Samaj Kendra, as applicable. On the day of the check-up, every individual should carry a photo ID card.
