Ashish K Mehta, Managing Trustee Vidyamandir Trust paying tributes

A large number of staff, ex-students of the Vidyamandir Trust and other well-wishers gathered at the Smt. Suryakalaben Suryakant Parikh Playground, Shri A D Lohani campus of the Vidyamandir Trust in Palanpur to pay homage to late Suryakant Parikh, former director of the Trust who passed away in Pune on January 4.

The children of Suryakantbhai -- Dr. Shailesh (US) and Mukesh (Israel) and daughter Anjali (Pune) – were also present along with their families.

The meeting commenced with Managing Trustee Ashish K Mehta and Acting Director Hasmukh Modi expressing their sense of deep grief and respect. Subsequently, many of ex-students of Shri Suryakantbhai, co-workers and other dignitaries paid their tributes, sharing treasured memories and recalling some of his great deeds. Dr. Satyavatiben Jhaveri and Shirishkumar Modi spoke about his skills, expertise and administrative abilities in their tributes.
