PSK Women’s Forum Holds Session on Physiotherapy by Dr Aarushi Shah

Palanpur Samaj Kendra - Women's Forum held an interesting session “Physiotherapy Solutions for Common Aches and Pains" by Dr Aarushi Shah on January 16, 2018 at the new centre at Shanti building.

 
Dr Aarushi is from our own community and her aim is to give her patients freedom from pain and improve fitness. In her 9 years of practice she has gained experience in various institutes like Bhatia Hospital, Asian Heart Insitute and a few charitable trust hospitals. She now has her private practice at Nepean Sea Road.
 
She specialises in orthopedic, sports and age-related physical problems.
 
In her lecture on commmon aches and pains, Dr Aarushi helped us understand the causes for neck pain, back pain, knee problems and foot problems and she even demonstrated a few basic exercises that would be of help to us to remain fit and pain free.
