Mehul N. Shah Re-Elected Treasurer of WFDB; Anoop Mehta Re-Elected to Exec Committee

Mehul N. Shah was re-elected as Treasurer-General of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB), the apex body of the world diamond industry with over 30 member Bourses and other affiliated trade organisations from all across the world. 
 

This is Shah’s third term in this position, having been first elected to the trade body’s Executive Committee in 2016 at the 37th World Diamond Congress in Dubai, and subsequently re-elected during the 38th Congress held in Mumbai in 2018. 
 
Anoop Mehta, President of BDB, and a long-standing member of the WFDB Executive Committee, was also re-elected to the Board of the WFDB at the virtual event.
 
Both Mehta and Shah are veteran Palanpuri diamantaires and have been associated with the industry for many decades.
