The special package on health check-ups offered to the members of Palanpur Online (PO) / Palanpur Samaj Kendra (PSK) at the Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai has been extended till March 31, 2023.
Under the scheme, the hospital will offer a 20% discount on any of the Standard Health Check Up plans available for all members below the age of 50, and a 50% discount to members who are above 50 years.
The scheme, which was launched in 2012, was made by the trustees as their way of commemorating the Diamond Jubilee of the Vidyamandir Trust, Palanpur.
Other details of the scheme remain the same as communicated to the members of PO / PSK in previous years. Appointments need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance and will be subject to availability. For verification, members will have to provide details of their Family Number of Palanpur Online or Membership Number of Palanpur Samaj Kendra, as applicable.
On the day of the check-up, every individual should carry a photo ID card. Payments will have to be made directly to the hospital at the time of the check up and investigation reports will be handed over directly to the individuals.

Members can now request for a soft copy of the names and addresses of all those listed in the Directory in Excel format. The copy will contain the list with all the updates that have been informed by members till the last day of the previous month. This service is strictly for the use of Members Only.
