Writing on LinkedIn, Rajivbhai says that the company’s “pioneering approach towards engaging women in the Diamond industry began by our founder, Pankaj Mehta - who started to recruit women in 1987 in the field of diamond cutting and polishing.”
Additionally, he notes, “Several decades later, we lead by example by being the largest and oldest women employer in the diamonds midstream. None of this would be possible without our founder’s vision and our team’s ability to create a culture of safety and comfort where women can work and lead the way forward.”
