Kesar Shah of Vidyamandir, Palanpur
Kesar D Shah, a student of Vidyamandir in Palanpur secured an extremely creditable all India rank of 493 in JEE Advanced 2024, topping North Gujarat region in the highly competitive entrance exam for IITs. She has secured admission to IIT Delhi and will pursue her studies in Computer Engineering. This year, as many as 15 students from the institution have been successful in JEE Advanced and have qualified for admission to these prestigious engineering institutions.
Kesar Shah had earlier done exceedingly well in the two preliminary rounds for JEE, being the North Gujarat topper in the earlier qualifying JEE Main as well. Two years ago, this student of VMT was also the state topper in the Gujarat SSC Board exam. Keshar, who is originally from Deesa, had been a student of VMT from the time she entered Balmandir many years ago.
This year, 32 students also scored over 500 in the NEET exams for admission to medical colleges and 24 students secured over 95% in the Gujarat Board SSC (Std X) exam. Three students also fared well at the CSEET exam for Company Secretaries held in May 2024.
