Mahek Mehta Wins Gold Medal as Topper in BBA (Hons) at Sarvajanik University, Gujarat

Mahek M. Mehta received a gold medal at the 3rd Convocation of the Sarvajanik University, Gujarat held on February 21, for being the university topper in BBA (Hons.), which she completed from the BRCM College of Business Administration under the University. Mahek is the daughter of Meera and Mitul Apurva Mehta (Baxi).

Mahek, who is currently pursuing an MBA from PDEU with a major in Finance and a minor in Marketing, has been an outstanding performer during her three-year course, topping all six semesters. She also received multiple accolades, including a Certificate of Academic Excellence in the 2nd and 4th semesters.

In addition, she ranked among the top 20 in an all-India case study analysis competition by FLAME University and secured 3rd place in an intra-college elocution competition. She is the Alumni Relations Coordinator at SOM, PDEU, and has played a key role in alumni engagement, as well as actively volunteering at major events like SAMAVESH 9.0, the New Development Bank event, the Himalayan Stallion Sports and Fitness Festival, and UTKARSH, where she served as a compere.

Earlier, she completed her schooling from Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, Surat.

Mahek also garnered work experience in various internship stints with leading companies including PepsiCo and Rosy Blue India Pvt. Ltd, and completed a research project on The Impact of Behavioural Biases on Physical Gold Investment in Surat City.
