PSK’s First-ever Padel Tournament a Grand Success

The first-ever Padel Tournament organized by the Palanpur Samaj Kendra Sports Committee, held at BDB Padel courts on November 9, was a grand success. The introduction of this new event into the annual sports calendar is a new feather in the cap of the sports committee.

This new sport, held at a new venue, in response to the suggestions from many members of the samaj, proceeded very smoothly with all the committee members being personally present to coordinate the event. Also contributing to the success were the sponsors who readily agreed to support this addition to the annual programme.

The tournament itself saw eager participation and many competitive matches with the final winners emerging after many challenging games.

In the coming years, the Sports Committee aims to hold this tournament on a much larger and grander scale.
