Rosy Blue Foundation Hosts ARRA Confluence 2026 for Selected Exceptional Scholars
Rosy Blue Foundation took a new and innovative step in its work with exceptional scholars from 10 premier educational institutions across the country when it hosted ARRA Confluence 2026 in Mumbai at the end of January 2026.

The two-day event was more than a meeting and comprised two enriching days of connection, reflection, and shared learning, the Foundation said, as well as a key step in developing a strong sense of belonging within the ARRA community.

Established in memory of Late Shri Ramniklalbhai Rajmalbhai Mehta and Late Shri Arunkumar Ramniklalbhai Mehta, this flagship initiative aims to provide full financial support to high-achieving Indian students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies at India’s premier institutions, while nurturing talent and advancing equitable access.

The programme kicked off with an Official Commencement Ceremony in the presence of the Chairperson, along with the entire Scholarship Governing Committee, Advisors, Mentors, and key members of the Rosy Blue Foundation.

Addressing the scholars, Chairperson Russell Mehta shared, “ARRA is not a transaction; it is a relationship. While money can change access, it is community that truly changes trajectories. This Confluence marks the beginning of a shared journey - one built on trust, integrity, and collective growth.”

There were a number of other innovative sessions over the two days. Day one focused on building connections and collective identity and included the “One Gift, One Ask” session, where scholars reflected on what they could contribute to the ARRA community and where they sought support—reinforcing the idea that ARRA is not merely a scholarship, but a shared responsibility.

It concluded with a curated sit-down dinner, where scholars had the opportunity to interact closely with the guests in an informal setting to seek guidance, exchange perspectives, and feel encouraged by the journeys and insights shared.

Day 2 centred on leadership, collaboration, and perspective. Its highlights were the ARRA ThinkLab 2026, where scholars worked together to co-create ideas for ARRA’s future, and an inspiring discussion titled “The Inner Game of Success”, moderated by Shloka Ambani, with a panel featuring Ms. Zoya Akhtar (Filmmaker), Mr. Rooshad Shroff (Principal Architect, Rooshad Shroff Architecture & Design), and Mr. Harsh Jain (Culture Enforcement Officer, Dream Sports).
