Rashi Vipul Shah led the HR College table tennis team to the Runner’s Up position at the Maharashtra State Table Tennis championship held at Buldana recently. Rashi is the daughter of Sujata and Vipulbhai Prabodhbhai Shah (Asian Star Co.). She is currently pursuing her SYJC at the college and completing ICSE from J. B. Petit High School for Girls.

She was the captain of the college team which won the DSO (District Sports Organization) tournament in the U-19 & Women’s categories. Subsequently, the team won the U-19 title at the Zonals held in Panvel and qualified to represent Mumbai district for the State Level tournament where they stood 2nd in the Women’s category.

Rashi was among the top 16 in the U-19 individual competition for girls and qualified for the individual competition at the state level in the Women’s category. The tournament is to be held later this year.
