Dushyant Dave has been elected President of Supreme Court Bar Association in the recently concluded 2014 elections. The SCBA is the apex body of all advocates who practice at the Supreme Court.

Dave is an alumnus of Vidyamandir Palanpur. After graduating in Law, he went on to become a renowned advocate and today has over three decades of experience at various levels, including the Supreme Court.

He has expertise and has taken up cases covering a variety of subjects like Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Corporate Law and Arbitration Law. He also has vast experience in Commercial Arbitration, both domestic and international and has appeared in many celebrated cases resulting in widely known decisions and has been appointed Amicus Curie by the Supreme Court in matters involving substantial public interest.
