A new self-coded Android application ‘Palanpuri Connect’ was launched in Surat on October 4, 2015 by three youthful members of the community – Chirag Rajeshbhai Shah, Jigar Pradeepbhai Mehta & Mehul Sureshbhai Shah. The App offers an online directory of Palanpuris based in Surat and all users will also receive community related news & updates directly. Other features of the App include a list of few important numbers like Hospitals, Blood Banks, etc. The developers of the App are hoping to connect all Palanpuris across the globe as well in the future.
Members can now request for a soft copy of the names and addresses of all those listed in the Directory in Excel format. The copy will contain the list with all the updates that have been informed by members till the last day of the previous month. This service is strictly for the use of Members Only.
